Envirotech Maintenance was established by Lou and Karen Kiss in 1988. The pair had a personal goal to provide the very best service in the construction and grounds maintenance industry, and since the business’ establishment they have worked hard to achieve this goal – and keep on achieving it every day.
For the past 30-plus years, Envirotech Maintenance has been servicing the Auckland region, taking on many large and prestigious projects. The team has partnered with a number of long-standing clients within the greater Auckland region. As a family owned business, Lou and Karen have surrounded themselves with a likeminded team of people who take pride in their work and strive to maintain the company’s excellent reputation. Ownership is an important value that is instilled in every team member, and through Envirotech Maintenance’s relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and professional associates.
In 2019, the company expanded its family involvement, with directors Shane and Kylee Kiss-Eynon joining the business. Their involvement has seen the company continue to evolve and innovate, constantly seeking new and better ways to deliver, for the benefit of the company and clients alike.
Long-term relationships are very important to us and, like our clients, we like to look after our team as well. Many of our employees have been with us for more than a decade, and bring with them a vast array of skills and expertise, including an in-depth understanding of New Zealand’s horticultural landscape.
